1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [Registered company name] (“GenAITrip”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an agency or company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organisation.
2. The Service
GenAITrip is an AI-assisted workspace for business-to-business travel agents. It helps you capture trip details in a chat, generate itineraries, see indicative fares, request airline group quotes, send itineraries to destination management companies (DMCs), compare their quotations in Indian rupees and send final quotes to your clients. The Service is provided for business use and is not intended for consumers.
Features may change as we develop the Service. Some features, such as Gmail and WhatsApp integrations, require you to connect accounts you hold with third parties.
3. Accounts
- Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@genaitrip.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Your data and your clients’ data
You keep all rights to the content you put into the Service, including package details, itineraries, quotes and your logo (“Your Content”). You give us permission to host, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
When you enter personal data about travellers or other people, you confirm that you have a lawful basis to do so and have given any notices required by law. You are responsible for the messages and emails you send through the Service.
5. Connected services
If you connect Gmail, Google Contacts or WhatsApp, you authorise us to access those services on your behalf only to perform the actions described in our Privacy Policy and that you request in the Service. We ask for your confirmation before sending emails to DMCs or messages to clients. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, including Google’s and Meta’s. You can disconnect them at any time.
6. AI output, fares and prices
- The Service uses AI to understand messages, draft itineraries and read quotations. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it or sharing it with clients.
- Fares shown in the chat are indicative estimates, not offers or confirmed prices. Airline and DMC quotes are as provided by those parties.
- Currency conversions use third-party exchange rates and are indicative.
- You decide the final price, including visa fees and your markup, and you are responsible for the quotes you send to clients.
7. Bookings and third parties
GenAITrip is a software tool. We do not sell travel, issue tickets, hold client money or act as your agent with airlines, hotels or DMCs. Any booking, payment or contract is between you, your client and the relevant supplier. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, performance or conduct of airlines, DMCs or other suppliers.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, or in breach of WhatsApp or Gmail policies;
- upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or content you have no right to share;
- access another agency’s data, probe or disrupt our systems, or bypass security or usage limits;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- scrape the Service or use automated means to access it, except through features we provide.
9. Fees
If you use a paid plan, the fees, billing period and payment terms are those shown when you subscribe or in your order form. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We will give you notice before changing the fees for your plan.
10. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design and branding. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your account is active. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users; where reasonable we will tell you first. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive, including 4, 7, 10 and 12 to 15, survive termination.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that fares, quotes or AI output will be accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from Your Content, the messages and quotes you send through the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [City], India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
